When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any order notes. Payment is arranged with you over WhatsApp and made via UPI — we do not process card payments or store your card or bank details on this website.

We use your information solely to process and deliver your order, send order- related communication (confirmation and dispatch updates), provide customer support, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us operate — WhatsApp (for order confirmation and support), delivery partners, and our email provider. These providers are permitted to use your data only to perform services for us.
Data retention
We retain order records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders and comply with tax, accounting and legal requirements.
