These Terms & Conditions govern your use of goodstaples.in and any purchase of Good Staples products from Damori Noir Blanc LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
Good Staples High Protein Multigrain Atta is a licensed food product (FSSAI Lic. No. 20826005005007). It contains wheat (gluten) and soy and is not suitable for anyone with a wheat/gluten or soy allergy. Nutrition information is based on batch lab testing and is provided in good faith; natural products may vary slightly between batches.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are MRP, inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. Delivery is currently limited to Delhi and Gurgaon.
3. Payments
We do not process payments on this website and do not collect or store any card or banking details here. After you place an order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp and collect payment via UPI. An order is treated as confirmed only once payment has been received.
4. Shipping, refunds & cancellations
Delivery, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding and imagery on this site are owned by Damori Noir Blanc LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for allergic reactions where allergen information has been clearly disclosed.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
